Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Free local delivery is available for all orders within Dubai, and free delivery in all other states in the United Arab Emirates on purchase above (..$$$) AED. For the exchange of the order or a refund, additional 20 aed fee will apply.We will deliver your order to your home after 1 to 2 days after your purchase.
Please provide us with your phone number. You will receive a notification when your order is on its way to you. If you choose the option “Cash On Delivery” on the checkout page, the currier will collect the total order amount.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once delivered or an incorrectly entered address. Once items have been scanned as delivered to the customer’s address, it is up to the customer to claim any missing or stolen items with the appropriate Postal Carrier or credit card.

How Do I Check The Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you
Refunds, Returns And Exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

For countries listed above buyer must be susceptible in regards to customs and duties as in some instances the charges are beyond the control of (seller), in any event if any custom or duty is imposed the buyer is liable to pay the fee for the release of the shipment.
If the due customs duty or fee is not paid the shipment will be returned to seller and refund will be arranged after offsetting the shipping and handling charges.
